Call the restaurant you ordered from directly so we can fix it, or offer you a refund. If you ordered through DoorDash, you’ll have to reach out to them directly for a refund.

We have options available for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and paleo. For specific allergen questions, please contact the restaurant or reference this document: (see attached allergen information).

We use 3rd party services for all deliveries. The fee is based on the delivery service that gets assigned. DoorDash is our primary service so they get first dibs. If they can't deliver it, then it goes to the next service that's available.

Reach out to the staff at the restaurant where the order was placed.

On our main channel, we offer Friends & Family Meals and Pete’s Pantry, along with burrito boxes and party packs. All options are GREAT for groups that don’t quite meet the 20-person minimum of catering.

Sustainability is a top priority, represented by our value system of produce, protein, and people. We believe that sustainability is all encompassing and should be passed on from the food we source, the waste we produce, and the programs we offer for our employees.

Sustainability is always at the forefront of our mission at Pete’s, but the pandemic has introduced challenges never faced before. This is not to say we are giving up on sustainability. However, supply chain issues have changed the scope of the standards we previously set for ourselves, due to the types of packaging available. Our goal is always to reduce our waste and increase the overall sustainability of our restaurants, but we have had to make some compromises on our packaging based solely on availability.
